After you have placed your order, we will prepare the product(s) to be sent out within 1-3 business days. Delivery will be managed by a courier company and will be subject to their delivery times. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will ensure your order is dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Please note there may be an additional charge depending on the type of service you require.
We reserve the right to contact you to request further shipping fees if the delivery of an order will result in unacceptably high freight charges, or to cancel an order prior to dispatch. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to you.
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We reserve the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. You may choose to have a store credit or a refund to the value of the unavailable product.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Changes made to delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges, which we reserve the right to request to add to your original delivery charge.
An authorized person must be present at the delivery address to sign acceptance for the goods and to assist with off-loading unless 2 persons are delivering the goods.
The delivery charge calculated at checkout is based on delivery to the front door of a ground floor. We can only deliver to premises with easy access. Due to safety reason, we cannot deliver up stairways. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges presented to you at the time you make a purchase.
We aim to deliver all products on time but sometimes due to exceptional circumstances, delivery can be delayed that are beyond our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched.
The risk in the products passes to you on commencement of delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery, but we will lodge enquires with the courier company and claim against the courier company on your behalf.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers because they're usually too small to accept most of the items we sell. Most of our goods are delivered by the courier company or specialist furniture carrier directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible with standard courier and delivery services. In this case, you may choose to have an item delivered using your own couriers, in which case all insurance for loss or damage to the order caused by the delivery will be your responsibility.
Click & Collect allows you to order selected products online and collect them from a Click & Collect location approved by us.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products or other reasonable reasons.
We will only accept the return of goods on the terms set out below.
1. We will accept the return of goods and provide you with a credit where you are returning the goods because of your error in:
a. ordering the type/style/model of the goods; or
b. selecting the goods for their suitability to applications; or
c. ordering the quantity of the goods,
provided that the goods:
i. are returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date; and
ii. the request for return of the goods specifies the original invoice number in respect of those goods; and
iii. you agree to pay, on our request, a minimum restocking fee of up to 20% of the credit claim for the goods to be returned.
iv. are in brand new and unused condition with original packaging.
2. Except in the case of a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law and subject to clause 3 below, you are not entitled to return any goods which have:
a. been custom made, custom cut, custom processed or custom acquired for you; or
b. where the goods are not in brand new or unused condition with undamaged packaging as at the date of their proposed return; or
c. where the goods have been damaged due to installation contrary to manufacturer’s instructions.
3. We will accept the return of defective goods and arrange for:
a. the repair or replacement of such goods in accordance with the manufacturer's conditions of warranty; or
b. at your option, a replacement or refund if the defect amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law; or
c. at our option, a repair or replacement if the defect amounts to a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. If you require goods to be delivered to a nominated building site, then you authorise us to deliver those products to that site and leave them there whether or not anybody is present to accept delivery. We are not liable on any basis for any loss you may suffer after delivery to that nominated delivery site.
5. To the full extent permitted by law, we expressly excludes all conditions, warranties and undertakings except as set out in these terms and our full terms.
6. All clearance/display items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. You shall not cancel the order and return the products to us without prior approval.
